The impact for our clients

Emotional support

Our services give clients a space to feel heard and respected. The support we offer can help reduce trauma for clients navigating the legal system or link them to counselling services they need to recover from abuse.

Free legal services

Everyone deserves access to justice. We support people to navigate the legal system, know their rights and resolve a wide range of legal problems.

Safety planning

With support from our services, clients are better able to keep themselves and their children safe.

Court advocacy

We support women who are seeking legal protection from abuse, so they don’t have to go through the court process alone.

Financial counselling

Our financial counsellor supports women recovering from abuse so they are better able to overcome debt, manage a budget and work toward financial goals.

They have gone far and beyond to help me with linking me to services, helping with all my matters and keeping me safe from my ex-partner.

Action for systemic change

Many of our clients are affected by systemic injustices that have a real impact on their lives and their recovery from trauma. We advocate to government for law and policy reform that can improve outcomes for our clients.
