Assistant Principal Solicitor

We are seeking an Assistant Principal Solicitor to support the Principal Solicitor in the management and professional supervision of the legal practice, with particular responsibility for the Family Law, Criminal/Traffic Law and Domestic Violence areas of the practice (‘Focus Areas’). The role holder directs and assists solicitors in the provision of legal services and participates in law reform activities, the preparation of community legal resources and the preparation and presentation of community legal training.

Manager, Domestic and Family Violence Casework Services

We are seeking an experienced Manager who will oversee the overall management, decision-making and day-to-day operations of the Domestic and Family Violence (D&FV) Casework Services.

You will be part of a team delivering a best practice, specialist, trauma-informed model of service delivery to women affected by D&FV and committed to empowering women and children to break the cycle of D&FV.

Domestic Family Violence Specialist Worker (ATSI focus)

The Domestic Family Violence (DFV) specialist worker (ATSI focus) assists the Manager in service delivery. They also provide high level expert advice regarding how to ensure the South West Sydney Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service is relevant, accessible and responsive to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and their children.
