Suitable for

People living or working in South West Sydney who may otherwise have difficulty accessing legal support.

Sydney Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service

Suitable for

Women and their children who are experiencing domestic and family violence and are going through ADVO proceedings. Trans women, sistergirls and non-binary people are all eligible for this service.

Location

Available to women whose ADVO matter is to be heard at the Downing Centre, Newtown or Waverley local courts.

  • Making plans to manage outstanding fines, overdue bills or unpaid rent
