Driving offence legal service

Do you need support with a driving offence matter?

We offer free duty lawyer legal advice and legal representation for driving offence charges listed at Bankstown Local Court on Thursdays and Liverpool Local Court on Wednesdays.

If your matter is listed at a different local court, we may be able to assist you over the phone or make special arrangements to attend.

This service may be able to help you if you are:

  • at risk of losing your licence or having your licence suspended
  • being asked to pay a large fine
  • at risk of going to prison.
