Driving offence legal service

Do you need support with a driving offence matter?

We offer free legal advice and legal representation for driving offence charges listed at some local courts, including Bankstown, Fairfield and Liverpool local courts.

Every Thursday, one of our lawyers is available at Bankstown Local Court to assist with driving offence matters. If your matter is at a different local court, we may be able to assist you over the phone.

This service may be able to help you if you are:

  • at risk of losing your licence or having your licence suspended
  • being asked to pay a large fine
  • at risk of going to prison.

Every Thursday, one of our lawyers is available at Bankstown Local Court to provide free support to people with driving offence matters.

For support at Bankstown Local Court:

  • Go to Court 5 and let the staff know you are seeking legal advice for your traffic matter.
  • Please wait outside this room. The solicitor will call your name when they are ready.

To access free legal advice over the phone, call at the following times and provide your details. A lawyer will aim to call you back within 7 working days.
